Aspire welcomes contributed content that is non-advertorial in nature. The content should be providing market insights, trends, tips, or educational resources for helping a BGA or advisor grow their business. Promoting specific companies, products, or personnel is not acceptable.
To submit your article for consideration, submit an outline two months in advance of the content deadline to pam@aspiremag.media. A call in advance to discuss a topic idea and content direction is strongly encouraged.
Articles should be supplied in Word document format, along with a high-resolution headshot and 40-word count bio of the author.
Submissions become the property of Aspire magazine, and may be edited, postponed, or rejected.
The Author (“Author”) hereby grants and assigns to Aspire Magazine the NON-EXCLUSIVE and royalty-free rights to publish on one or more occasion, on paper, the Internet or other format, and to edit the articles (“Works”) Author writes and submits for purposes of publication by Aspire Magazine. Author represents and warrants that all Works provided to Aspire Magazine were created by (or properly and legally acquired by) Author and Author has not violated any proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third parties. Aspire Magazine may alter, reproduce, adapt, or transform the articles in any way so that they are “publication-ready” without obtaining prior written approval of Author. Permitted modifications include, but are not limited to, copy-editing, grammar-checking, spell-checking, and edit-to-fit changes and cropping intended to enhance the Works. Aspire Magazine agrees to include a designation adjacent to all copies of the Works acknowledging Author’s credit of the Works. For written Works, Aspire Magazine, in its sole discretion, shall identify Author either through a byline at the beginning of the article, or as author attribution and/or affiliation at the end of the article, and may also include a byline in the publication’s Table of Contents (where applicable). The Author agrees to allow Aspire Magazine full use of the submitted materials without monetary compensation. The Author hereby warrants that he or she has the right to submit this proposal which is his or her original work, save for any references, quotations or other content which are properly credited within. Author further acknowledges that the work is not libelous and does not infringe on any proprietary right. The Author hereby warrants that he or she has the right to submit this proposal upon the foregoing terms and conditions and warrants that the work is his or her sole creation and that any charge of plagiarism or copyright violation shall be the sole responsibility of the Author. Author shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aspire Magazine and its Publisher(s). Author will bear all costs of any necessary legal defense. This release shall bind the Author and Aspire Magazine and either of their successors.
